Conference Themes
The conference will look at addressing a number of different aspects relating to human rights in the Pacific.
1) Human Rights Theory and Methodology
2) Human Rights, Democratisation and Governance (including analysis and reflections on General Elections, Gender rights, Children, Equal access and Participation)
3) Human Rights And Human Security (Climate Change / Disaster, Migration, Development, Food, Health, ICT)
4) Regional Stakeholders – Promoting And Protecting Human Rights (including analysis, reflections on and practical perspectives from: Regional Organisations, Donors (in particular New Zealand, Australia, European Union and member states, China, Japan), NGOs, Ombudsperson, Community Organisations, Business)
5) Human Rights and Youth

Online submission of abstracts
Please use the Abstract Submission form to submit your abstract. Abstracts should be max. 300 words.

Please note that it is not possible to save partially completed forms so please make sure that you have collected all the necessary information before filling out and submitting the online form.

Deadline for Abstract submission – 20th October.
