The Party of National Unity believes that Fiji should stick to the terms of reference set up by Commonwealth Envoy, Sir Paul Reeves and not bring in the proposal of the National Council for Building a Better Fiji.

PANU General Secretary, Meli Bogileka said now that the political leaders have agreed to participate in the forum, then it must be the Presidential forum alone and nothing else.

Bogileka said the authorities should be careful when dealing with what the political leaders want in moving the country forward.

This follows comments from Fiji Labour Party leader Mahendra Chaudhry that if the Presidential forum were to discuss the electoral reforms, it should take place within the boundaries of the National Council for Building a Better Fiji.
