Forget Differences, Work Together

Tui Namosi Ratu Suliano Matanitobua told a group of military officers led by Lieutenant Ifereimi Buaserau yesterday to forget the differences they had after the December 5th takeover and work together for the betterment of the province.

The former assistant minister in the Soqosoqo Duavata Ni Lewenivanua (SDL) government and Namosi Provincial Council members were shocked yesterday when they saw a military vehicle parked outside the meeting venue in Navua, but Lieutenant Buaserau told Fijivillage that the group of soldiers he led to the meeting venue all hail from the province of Namosi and they were only there to observe and answer queries from council members.

Ratu Suliano told Lieutenant Buaserau's team in front of all the Namosi Provincial Council members that he does not have any bad feelings for the soldiers who hail from the province and they should open a new chapter of working together.

Fijivillage has been reliably informed that Ratu Suliano and the group of soldiers from Namosi were supposed to met yesterday to discuss certain issues regarding their high chief's involvement in politics.
